Creating Resilient Classrooms is an asynchronous training program that helps teachers create a supportive environment for staff and students to engage in learning mental health skills. This is an approach requiring no additional class time. The aim is to embed daily practical strategies to support mental health and well-being, while building resilience.

It provides educators with practical conversation tools that help students thrive and an understanding of when and how to involve Tier 2/3 support. The flexible book study accompanying this resource can be used as a Professional Development tool for up-skilling groups of educational staff.
