Frequently Asked Questions

Our goal is to equip both teachers and students with the skills they need to build resilience for long-term student thriving, both in and outside of the classroom. We aim to teach courageous independence to students, so that whatever challenge they encounter, they have the courage to face it head on, and tools needed to make healthy decisoins to support themselves.

We provide resources to schools that cover many different topics that help students develop skills for overcoming challenges that impact their wellbeing (eg, friendship challenges, stress, etc). All our topics are developmentally appropriate, PreK-12. Schools can select topics and content of their choosing, and create their own scope and sequence from our materials.
